In May 2012, the Canadian Home Builders Association, Simcoe County (Barrie) announced Morra Homes as the Winner in the Award Category - Excellence in Single Family Dwelling 1,500 - 2,500 sq.ft.

Winners were selected based on overall interior and exterior appeal, functionality of floor plan and creative use of space.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

In April 2011, Morra Homes placed as a Finalist in the Tarion Warranty Corporation Awards of Excellence in the Medium Volume Builder Category.
